Do you travel? How far?We absolutely travel. We aren’t called Mobile Escape Room Texas for nothing! We currently restrict our range to within 400 miles of San Antonio, which allows us to serve Dallas, Ft. Worth, Austin, San Marcos, New Braunfels, Corpus Christi, Houston, and everywhere in between!

What payment options do you offer?We offer a range of convenient payment options to meet our clients’ needs. These include Zelle, credit and debit cards (with a 3% processing fee), ACH bank transfers, and checks. If you have specific requests for alternative payment methods, please reach out to our booking specialist before submitting your booking form to discuss available options.

Do you accept purchase orders?Yes, we accept purchase orders, but it’s essential that you notify us and receive approval in advance, prior to submitting the booking form. This ensures smooth processing and helps us meet your event requirements.

What kind of deposit do you require?To secure your event date, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. This deposit confirms your reservation and allows us to prepare our resources to provide a great experience for your event.

What is booking insurance?Booking insurance is an optional service, costing 10% of the total event price, that allows for a refund of your deposit if you need to cancel up to 72 hours before your event. This flexibility can offer peace of mind in case of unexpected changes.

What is your cancellation policy?Please note that deposits are final and non-refundable. If you have concerns about needing to cancel, we recommend opting for our booking insurance for added flexibility.

Where are we based out of?Our home base is located at 8015 Bandera Rd, San Antonio, TX 78250. This location serves as our main operating center, where we coordinate all event setups and manage our mobile facilities.

How is travel cost calculated?Travel costs are calculated at a rate of $2 per mile, covering the round trip from our base at 8015 Bandera Rd. This ensures that we can bring our facilities and services to you while covering transportation expenses.

Is there a setup fee?Yes, there is a flat delivery charge of $80 for events located within a 20-mile radius of our home base. For events farther away, additional travel costs may apply, as calculated per our standard travel rate.

How early do we arrive for events?Typically, our team arrives 30 to 60 minutes before the event start time. This allows us to set up efficiently, test equipment, and make any final adjustments to ensure everything runs smoothly from the moment guests arrive.

What if we need early setup?If your event requires an earlier setup time, we can accommodate this at a rate of $95 per hour. Early setup allows us to be fully prepared before the main event, meeting any special setup requests you may have.

Do your facilities come with attendants?Most of our facilities come with attendants included, but not all do. Attendants are provided to ensure safety, assist guests, and enhance the event experience. Facilities that include attendants are: Mobile Escape Room, Mobile Axe Throwing, 360 Photo Booth, Hang Bar Challenge, and Foam Parties.

How much to add additional attendants?Additional attendants are available at $20 per hour, per attendant. This can be beneficial for larger events or if you desire extra support to manage crowds and maintain a great experience for all guests.

Do you offer pay-to-play options?We currently do not offer pay-to-play options. All event pricing is determined in advance as part of the booking process.

Can your staff accept money or tickets to play?Our staff does not handle cash transactions on site; however, we can accept tickets or wristbands as entry tokens for activities. This allows for a smooth guest experience and flexible entry methods.

What do you recommend we charge for each facility?Pricing per facility is entirely up to you and can vary depending on your event and audience. Typically, charges range between $1 to $10 per person for each facility, allowing you to set a fair price that aligns with the nature of your event.

What kind of floor surface do you recommend for a foam party?For safety and the best experience, we recommend holding foam parties on concrete, grass, or astroturf. We advise against slippery surfaces, as these can pose a safety hazard when wet with foam.

What do we need to provide for Foam parties?We require access to both power and water, ideally within 50 feet of the foam area. This allows our equipment to operate smoothly, providing a continuous flow of foam throughout your event.

Does the colored foam stain anything?Yes, our colored foam can stain certain materials. It may permanently stain clothing and concrete and can leave a temporary stain on skin. We recommend guests wear appropriate attire.

How does the UV foam party work?For a UV foam party, we add a special powder to the foam, and then provide UV lights, creating a glow-in-the-dark effect. This setup transforms the foam into a luminous experience perfect for nighttime events.

Can we do a UV foam party during the day?UV foam parties are not recommended during the day, as the glow effect will not be visible in bright lighting. These parties are best held in low-light or nighttime settings for maximum impact.

Is Mobile Axe Throwing safe?Yes, mobile axe throwing is designed to be safe. Our setup includes secure barriers, trained staff, and guidelines to ensure a fun, controlled experience for all participants. We also carry full liability insurance and we STRONGLY recommend whoever you decide to book with, you make sure they also have liability coverage and can provide a certificate of insurance upon request.

Do players have to sign a waiver?Yes, every player must sign a waiver to participate. For convenience, the waiver is accessible via a QR code on the trailer, allowing quick and easy registration before playing.

What is required for Mobile Axe Throwing?Participants must be 13 years of age or older, wear closed-toed shoes, and sign a waiver. These requirements help maintain a safe environment and ensure everyone is prepared.

What is the difference between classic and interactive Axe Throwing?The main difference between classic and interactive axe throwing is the targets. Classic targets are drawn by hand on 2x10 pine boards, while interactive targets use digital projectors to enhance the game with features like lights, scoring, and various game modes allowing users to choose from multiple target styles including adding custom photos or logos to the targets!

Do your mobile Axe throwing trailers require power?Yes, power is required for the interactive version to operate its digital features. For the classic version, power is optional unless you want additional lighting or music to enhance the atmosphere.

How can you offer multiple options with one Trailer?Our mobile axe throwing trailer is versatile, with sections that include two targets each. We can open more sections to increase the number of targets, allowing us to adjust for different group sizes and activity levels.

Does mobile mini golf require power?All of our custom built aluminum mini golf holes run off of battery power to make set up as easy as possible!

How many holes can we have at our event?Currently we give the option of booking our nine a hole or 18 hole course! All of our holes come equipped with built-in LED lights for amazing nighttime events!

Can mobile mini golf be set up indoors?While our mobile mini golf course can absolutely be set up indoors, we transport our mini golf course via a custom cart shop which measures 8 foot long by 36 inches wide. Any indoor events need to communicate with the venue to ensure the ease of transportation of our materials inside as tight corners or narrow hallways can greatly delay our start time.

How large of an area do we need to reserve for a nine-hole course, an 18-hole course?For a nine-hole course, we recommend reserving approximately 360 square feet. If space permits, larger areas enhance the setup. For an 18-hole course, simply double the recommended area to ensure ample room for play.

Are the lights on the course visible during the day?While the lights are technically visible during the day, we typically don’t operate them for outdoor daytime events, as their effect is more impactful in low-light settings.

Do the courses come with obstacles?Yes, our mini golf courses feature built-in obstacles, adding fun challenges to each hole. These obstacles vary in design, enhancing the course’s playability and difficulty.

Does Mobile Mini Golf come with an attendant?An attendant is not included with the mini golf course, but you can add one for $20 per hour if desired. Attendants can help manage the course, assist players, and maintain an enjoyable experience for all participants.

How many people can participate at one time? How many in one day?For our Mobile Escape Room we offer multiple gaming options, so we can tailor our services to best fit your event’s unique needs. For a standard one-hour game we recommend no more than 8 players at a time. However, we also offer 30 and 15 minute games which can facilitate up to 48 players per hour! For any other facility please contact us as most other options are customizable!

Why is Mobile Escape Room Texas good for team building?Escape rooms are fantastic team building experiences for several reasons! You get to see your team work together constructively under pressure toward a common goal. Think of it as a high pressure 4-month project crammed into 15, 30or 60 fun and exciting minutes. Our team building evaluation and post-game analysis set us apart. We can provide a written report of how individual players functioned during the game and offer critical information of player behavior. Directly after the game, our game master walks your team through their experience while discussing the pros and cons of their performance in a constructive and engaging manner. Best of all, we bring the game to you!

What is it like inside the Mobile Escape Room Texas?Just inside the walls of an innocent looking trailer awaits a whole new world! We spent a long time designing a one of a kind interactive experience which incorporates sight, sound, authentic atmosphere, and even smells to bring your game to life! While there is never anything in our rooms that is designed to jump out or scare anyone, everyone should come ready and focused to see if they can beat the room!

Do you actually lock players into the Escape Room?Safety is always our number one concern, so we NEVER physically lock our players in any space. Everything about our rooms has been designed with player and employee safety as the priority. We STRONGLY recommend that you never play any escape room that physically locks you in any are with no access to an emergency exit.

I only have a small team. Is this still worthwhile for me?Absolutely! All of our experiences have been designed for teams from 2-8 people at a time so small teams are no problems at all! We do have a two hour minimum for our mobile rentals but we have many ways to fill that time including the option for teamwork break downs, where our Game Masters watch your team play and then deliver specific feedback at the end of your games to give you better insight into how your team handles challenges!

How much room does Mobile Escape Room Texas need to set up?Our trailer is 30’ long. However, to fully operate, we recommended leaving 60’ of space, preferably on a paved surface.

Do we need to supply power?Not at all. Mobile Escape Room Texas runs off a generator, which we transport on site ourselves, making Mobile Escape Room Texas the perfect addition to any event anywhere!

Are we handicap accessible?Mobile Escape Room - We offer several options for players with difficulty getting around such as alternative game paths for easy mobility and seating for those who have difficulty standing for long periods of time. Unfortunately, due to size constraints, we are not able to accommodate wheelchairs inside the trailer currently. Certain wheelchairs may be accessible depending on game style and player ability. We apologize for the inconvenience. Axe Throwing and Other Facilities - We are able to accommodate most accessibility devices in and around all of our other mobile facilities. Our all of our facilities are mobile, so we can bring the whole package to you for private events but if you would like to come see the Mobile Escape Room for yourself just give us a call! No one in our team has ever played an escape room game before. Is that ok?Of course! We love first time players. Our talented team walks all players through what’s expected and is always watching to make sure everyone has a great time.

Can we bring food or drinks inside Mobile Escape Room Texas?For safety reasons, we do not allow any food or drinks inside Mobile Escape Room Texas. To maintain the safety of all players and staff involved, we reserve the right to turn away any players who we believe to be under the influence of either drugs or alcohol.

What does interactive games mean?Our interactive games use a digital interactive play system, allowing players to engage with the game through technology. This adds elements like sound effects, scoring, and lighting, creating a dynamic experience that goes beyond traditional play.

Do your Interactive games require power?While our IP systems are battery powered, many of our interactive games require blowers to keep the inflatable going. We provide 50’ of extension cord for each facility.

Do interactive games come with an attendant?Interactive games do not automatically come with an attendant, but you can add one for an additional $20 per hour. Attendants help with game facilitation, provide safety guidance, and assist players as needed.

What is the difference between all the games if they use the same system?Although the games use the same interactive play system, each game varies in design, difficulty, and engagement style. Some focus on speed, others on precision or strategy, allowing us to offer a range of experiences even with similar technology.
